Doors and windows are portals to possibilities.
Doors and windows can tell a lot about people, cultures, history, people living in different times.
Doors and windows can be portals to many things and also can be metaphors.
We also build invisible doors and windows in our lives. Those that can’t be photographed but they exist anyway.
We create doors and windows to out souls, to our minds, to our hearts.
We open or close those invisible doors and windows depending on who is knocking at them.
Sometimes we trust too much. Sometimes we open our doors and windows to everybody in the name of trust.
And sometimes we get hurt or even killed in return.
Doors and windows are symbols of what we have learned to do in our first home: to open or to close the entrance to our inner world.
